The moment that we have been waiting for is here. The survey is complete, online, and has been field tested. Therefore, it is ready for you to take!

One final thought. Currently we have 219 participants in this study. From what I have studied on statistics, the magic number of participants needed for a study such as this is 377. Therefore, please continue to get the word out about needed participants.
